The People’s Mandate 2027

A listening mandate for every part of Lavun.

Representation should be visible, reachable and measured by how well it responds to the people.

The commitment

From community concerns to accountable action.

Honourable Suleiman Musa Kuchita’s campaign is built around direct grassroots organisation across Lavun’s 12 wards and 223 polling units. The public portal provides a practical entry point: residents can report issues, ask questions and receive a reference for follow-up.

Behind that public channel is a disciplined constituency structure linking ward focal persons, local mobilisers, polling-unit committees and a central coordination team. The aim is simple: make concerns visible, assign responsibility and communicate progress clearly.

Six public priorities

A platform grounded in daily life.

01

Youth opportunity

Advocating for practical skills, enterprise pathways, sports and civic participation.

02

Agriculture & markets

Supporting stronger farm-to-market systems and opportunity for producers and traders.

03

Education

Promoting safer schools, learning resources and opportunity for Lavun’s children.

04

Healthcare

Championing accessible primary healthcare and attention to vulnerable communities.

05

Infrastructure

Keeping roads, water, electricity and digital access high on the constituency agenda.

06

Accountability

Publishing updates and creating consistent ways for constituents to be heard.

How the Lavun model works

Local insight moves through a clear chain.

  1. 1

    Listen locally

Residents and grassroots teams raise needs and observations from their communities.

  2. 2

    Coordinate by ward

Ward focal persons help organise verified issues and guide local follow-up.

  3. 3

    Act with visibility

The constituency desk assigns, reviews and communicates a public-facing response.

  4. 4

    Report back

Updates and outcomes are shared through secure tracking and public communications.
